• Competitive Rates – We offer one of the most competitive rates of commission to you and your guests. Our commission is 15% with no contract.
• Locally Based – We are based in Wells-Next-The-Sea, Norfolk, so we can visit your property and meet with you in person to give you the best service possible.

How it Works:

• Give us a call or send us an email.
• View your property- We can organize a free visit to your property to answer any questions you may have and to explain our rates.
• We will then do all the hard work to get you set up giving you owner access to view your property and bookings.

What we Offer:

We will add you to our own website and other channels such as Booking.com, VRBO and Airbnb. Whilst we don’t require you to sign up with us for a specific amount of time, we do require a set-up fee of £300 – plus three months’ notice if you decide to part company with us. We request bookings during the peak holiday periods, which include Christmas, New Year’s, Easter, May half-term, Summer half-term, and October half-term be paid 50% at the time of the booking. These will be agreed at the beginning of each year. We will also use social media, google ads and regular newsletters to market your property.

We very much pride ourselves on the quality of accommodation we accept within our portfolio to ensure that our guests enjoy holidaying with us. Guests expectations now are higher than ever, so ensuring a certain standard at the outset is imperative, plus it will deliver you a higher rental return too and will help to generate repeat bookings.

On your behalf, we can set up professional photography if required, we can also arrange for services such as hot tub maintenance, window cleaning, housekeeping etc. For these types of services, we apply a 10% (plus VAT) arrangement fee.
