A short walk from the bustling town centre of Wells-Next-The-Sea and the Butlands.

This is a fantastic 2 storey holiday. Inside you’ll find modern and comfortable accommodation for up to four. There’s a modern well-equipped kitchen/diner and spacious open plan living area that’s perfect for relaxing evenings in. The two bedrooms both provide a sense of tranquillity. Both bedrooms come with ample storage, in the large wardrobes, and en-suites, furnished with a modern walk in shower, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail.

Unfortunately, we do not accept pets.

The kitchen includes a microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetieres, full-sized dishwasher, larder unit fridge and freezer. Also, an Electric Oven and 4 Zone Induction Hob. A Nescafe Coffee Machine is also supplied.

There’s plenty of crockery, cutlery, serving dishes and all the necessary cooking utensils. There is also a selection of herbs and spices for guests to use. Also a washing machine / tumble dryer, drying rack and an iron and ironing board.

There is 1 car parking space available outside the house.
